The Esports World Cup (EWC) is an elite, multi-genre esports competition set to take place annually in Saudi Arabia, beginning in 2024. Replacing Gamers8 with an expanded vision, it is the first of its kind.

Hosted in Riyadh Boulevard City from July 3 to August 25, this premier event will feature the largest prize pool in esports, exceeding $60,000,000, and will showcase 21 of the most popular titles across major gaming genres. The EWC will introduce a new cross-game competition format, awarding prizes for both individual game titles and overall club performances. Designed for professional players and gaming enthusiasts alike, the event will include qualifiers to ensure wide participation, bringing together over 500 teams and 1,500 of the best esports players. Additionally, the EWC will feature a thrilling lineup of on-the-ground activations, live entertainment, and fan competitions.
