Nabil Al-Jamea, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Saudi Aramco, highlighted that Olfa Animal Care is a testament to the company’s long-standing dedication to community welfare. “This initiative aligns with our broader commitment to social responsibility and aims to enhance awareness and contribute positively to animal welfare in the Eastern Province and beyond,” said Al-Jamea.

This collaboration aims to manage the reproduction of stray animals, improve the systems for reporting stray animals in local neighborhoods, and establish centers for the care and rehabilitation of these animals.
Olfa Animal Care also plans to enhance existing animal welfare solutions, raise public awareness about the importance of responsible animal ownership, and foster a culture of compassion towards animals within the community. To engage the public further, Olfa will offer a volunteer platform, encouraging those interested to participate in the care and support of stray animals.
The first phase of this ambitious initiative includes the deployment of mobile veterinary clinics throughout the Eastern Province. These clinics will provide vital services such as medical examinations, vaccinations, and sterilization procedures. Olfa Animal Care is also preparing to open its inaugural animal shelter in Dammam by 2025, a key step in enhancing the well-being of stray animals in the area.
